Objective:
Redefine meditation by integrating active practices, making mindfulness accessible, engaging, and a part of everyday life.
The Problem
Traditional meditation can be challenging for users who struggle with stillness or focus. There’s a gap in providing accessible mindfulness practices that align with dynamic lifestyles.
Solution
Active Meditation – Sync breathing with physical activities like running, swimming, or cleaning to achieve mindfulness.
Research and Ideation
Exploration:
Reviewed meditation techniques, visuals, and apps.
Analyzed symbolism, including chakras and celestial visuals, to represent mindfulness.
Identified the untapped potential of active meditation as a unique selling point (USP).
Design Approach
Key Principles:
Inclusivity: Active meditation for a wide audience.
Symbolism: Use of chakras, loops, and flowing visuals to evoke calm and balance.
User-Centric: Clear, guided experiences to help users engage seamlessly.
